  • STP site is flooded due to overflow from Bahrauli branch drain, (situated near to the site) from 1 month. The current water level at STP site is higher to the HFL, provided by irrigation department. At this situation all works are heavily affected. Not only in present this kind of situation during monsoon will affect the operation and maintenance services in later too. Due to the current scenario of site, we have sent a letter to SDM, Chhata, requesting a new land for construction of STP in this project with all requisite details of the scenario of original project site.
  • Construction of HTS and staff quarter building is in progress at MPS.
  • Project is slightly delayed due to problem of water logging at STP Site as PWD, Mathura was constructing a culvert on Kosi Drain and due to diversion of drain the water of kosi drain got obstructed. The STP site is located near to the branch drain of kosi drain at upstream side which got over flowed and leading to water logging at STP Site.This hindrance cleared in march 2025 after that work was resumed.

  • 1200 mm RCC Pipe 399.80meter work laying out of 399.80meter sewer line is done and pending construction of 02 Manhole (MH 31 & MH 44) at present, dewatering in Manhole No. 44 is in progress and 02 Manhole (MH 116 & MH 37) is joint repairing work pending. For Shuklaganj STP) against extra work amounting to Rs. 9.50 Cr. was sent to NMCG against which a tripartite agreement has been signed date 04.07.2025 between NMCG, UPJN(R) and M/s KRMPL to provided Special Interest-Bearing Advance to firm for expediting the work and against it an amount of Rs. 3.18 Cr. has been paid as an advance to firm. I&D and STP works at Unnao is ongoing under Namami Gange, likely to be completed by March-26
The scheme is based on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), 40% of the work cost was to be paid by NMCG, 40% by the lending bank (Bank Lender) and 20% was to be borne by the executing firm, but due to KRMPL not receiving loan from any bank for Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) works and the unavailability of necessary resources/labor and machinery by KRMPL, the progress of the work was affected, for which the firm was continuously directed to increase the availability of necessary resources i.e. labor and machinery at the work site and to complete the scheme within the stipulated time period, but the firm verbally cited its financial situation and did not increase any resources at the work site, due to which the work could not be completed within the stipulated time frame. Due to the delay in completing the work by the concessionaire firm M/s K.R.M.P.L., Kanpur, a financial penalty of Rs. 55.91 Lacs has also been imposed on the firm.
